Acceptance of Terms
By using the SBG website or applying for membership, you agree to these terms and the applicable membership agreement.
Membership Eligibility
Membership is intended for Indian business owners and eligible business representatives, subject to application review and approval. Each chapter admits only one member per business category.
Code of Conduct
Members must behave professionally, provide truthful business information and avoid misrepresentation, unsolicited spam, harassment or misuse of member contact information.
Category Exclusivity
Each chapter reserves one member seat per category. Category boundaries and availability are reviewed by SBG before approval; exclusivity applies within the assigned chapter.
Referral Guidelines
Referrals must be made in good faith. Members remain responsible for evaluating opportunities and their own business transactions. SBG does not guarantee referrals, revenue or closed business.
Membership Fees
Refer to the Plans page for available membership options. Fees are configurable and shared on request; the approved plan and payment terms will be communicated before payment.

Members may request cancellation in writing. Chapter admins or super admins may suspend or terminate membership for misconduct, misrepresentation or breach of membership rules. Refund requests are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

The SBG brand, logos and website content belong to SBG, SarthiX Digital Pvt Ltd or their respective licensors. Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use is not permitted.
Limitation of Liability
SBG facilitates business introductions and is not a party to transactions between members. To the extent permitted by applicable law, SBG is not responsible for transaction losses, third-party conduct or indirect losses. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Dispute Resolution
Parties should first seek an amicable resolution by contacting SBG. Subject to applicable law, unresolved disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Nashik, Maharashtra.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
