We use your data for membership processing, reviewing applications, communicating with you, organising chapters and events, and operating and improving the platform.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Limited information may be shared with chapter leaders as necessary to review membership, manage chapters and facilitate member communications. Service providers receive only information needed for their work.
Data Retention
Member data is retained throughout active membership and for 3 years after membership expiry, unless a longer period is required by applicable law. Other enquiries and usage data are retained only as needed for their purpose.
Your Rights
You may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate information or deletion, subject to applicable legal obligations. Contact the privacy team to make a request.
